Say hello to Wufoo’s all-new mobile experience

Hey Wufoo fans. Have you logged in to Wufoo on your mobile device lately? Grab your phone and try it out! Right now. We’ll wait.

Awesome, right?! We’re excited to announce a whole new mobile experience for you (and your customers).

Now you can build a form anywhere, anytime. Just choose from 400+ responsive form templates, share it out, collect responses–and analyze the results–all while you’re on the go.

We know, we know. You’ve always been able to manage and view mobile-responsive forms that you designed in desktop. But now your favorite Wufoo features look and work great on any device. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new.

Track your performance on the go

When you embed a web form into your website or share it in social media, you want to know if your form design is optimized to get the job done. Wufoo’s mobile-ready analytics dashboard helps you check form performance wherever you are. Just look at page views, conversion rate, and other metrics!

Access form entries anywhere

You’ve shared a form and entries are rolling in super fast, from hot leads to real-time event feedback needing your attention…now!

But what good are entries if you can’t access them and take action right away? Our mobile Entry Manager is designed to help you quickly sort and search for entries wherever you are.

Choose from hundreds of responsive templates

We get it! When you’re traveling, you don’t have the time to design a complicated form on your mobile device. Who wants to do all that pinching and zooming, anyway?

That’s why we’ve simplified mobile form creation. Just visit our Template Gallery and choose from 400+ responsive templates. Once you’ve got your form out the door, you can fully customize it on your desktop, so you can use our features in all their glory.

Don’t have time to customize your forms on your desktop? We’ve got 6 awesome out-of-the-box themes you can apply with a simple tap on your mobile device.

Share forms anytime, anywhere

You’ve picked an awesome template and applied a cool theme. Great! Now it’s time to let those entries start rolling in. Share your form on top social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more from any mobile device.

Need to embed your form into your website? If you can’t get to your desktop right away, you have an option in the mobile hamburger menu to switch to desktop mode–and switch back–anytime you want.

Get notified about new entries

When those entries start rolling in, you want to know immediately. Now it’s easy to set up notifications for new forms and update notification settings for existing forms. So if a hot lead comes in, your rep will be notified via email or text right away wherever they are.

Access your account dashboard

You’ve got a lot on your mind–we don’t want you to worry about your Wufoo account, too. Our account settings dashboard provides a quick visual overview of your Wufoo account usage, including form and entry limits.

That way it’s easy to upgrade for more exactly when you need it. Just go through our simple mobile checkout flow to increase your limits in a few taps.

Your feedback matters: Tell us what you think!

We’re excited as a team to bring you this new mobile product experience.  So, what are you waiting for?  Get on that mobile device and try out our new mobile experience right away.

  • I noticed I can’t actually view any of my submitted forms on the mobile site. Is this right or is there a glitch?

  • Nice one wufoo 🙂

You know what would be really cool – making your themes responsive. I.e. having the “logo” resize on mobile. The form itself (where the fields are) looks great on mobile but the logo isn’t resized – it gets chopped in half.

Yes I know you can use a custom CSS form but we build over 100 wufoo forms a month and this simple tweak will be very welcome. Pleeeeeease?

  • Reports do not work at all. Cool story… can’t even bypass the mobile non-working site to go to the desktop page.

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Jeff Godin.
  • Big problem with this. Reports are not working on mobile. Big problem. Our tour guides depend on these reports.

This ‘upgrade’ should still be in beta. Please switch back. This is playing havok with our business.

  • Anyone with a public report link can now access our admin on mobile. This has to be fixed immediately.
    Thanks,
    Fred

  • Thank you so much for reporting this so quickly. We’ve identified the source of the issue with report links allowing access to your accounts, and our team has put a fix in place this morning. We strive to make wufoo a reliable and secure platform for you, and we recognize this is a misstep. We’re all super excited about this mobile experience and are evaluating it every step of the way. We truly appreciate your feedback in the process. If you’re having any issues, or want to let us know how you feel, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our contact page here: Contact Us

  • As much as this new excited me, it really does me no good to view entries in forms by entry numbers. Usually if I am looking for something I am looking by first or last name.

  • Cannot log in … have emailed you guys … come one 🙁

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by michelle.
  • Might you consider creating a mobile app for admins/users?

  • Hello wufoo,

I’m trying to download/convert a single, already submitted form into a pdf.
How would I do that? Is there a way for me to be able to do that?

    Thank you.

  • First of all, good idea.
Next, it’s not fully developed and tested yet. You got ahead of your skis.
We will watch for announcements that you have it ready for prime time.

  • Why has no one yet responded .. I still cannot log in to my wufoo account. I have sent a private message explaining my difficulties and still nothing….

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Michelle.
  • So does this mean we can finally put a responsive logo/image at the top of a form and it will actually be responsive?

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Bill Cole.
  • @Michelle Sorry for the trouble! Please write is over at our contact form and we’ll get you logged in: Contact Form

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Cody Curry.
  • @Denise Absolutely, we’ve considered a mobile App as well, and it’s something we’d love to offer. At the moment we’re focusing on improving our mobile web experience but we’re certainly haven’t ruled out a native app down the road!

  • @Wilber We don’t have a built-in way to make a PDF, but please feel free to write us over at our contact form and we can help work through the options with you: Contact Form

  • @Bill not quite yet! The best option for to change the logo based on the size of the screen would to use custom CSS: Custom CSS

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Cody Curry.
  • Sounds like a nice idea, but also sounds like it should have stayed in beta for a little while longer. When will management in these companies (husband has worked for several) stop trying to get things out faster than they are ready? It happens SO much!
I am going to place a bet right here that your developers told you it wasn’t going to be able to be ready.
Imma going to give you some time to get this thing working right then I will take it for a spin. Too much stress in my life as it is. Shame on the management.

  • I use these forms for CE course enrollments. I commented earlier about my first impression, but I had an opportunity to use it this weekend and this was my experience… I had a course Saturday morning with many people traveling from out of town. I got a call early Saturday morning from someone trying to find out if they were actually enrolled (fail on their part for not checking sooner). All the paperwork was out in my car, so I tried looking online. Form entries (as I noted earlier) are listed by Entry Number and not something logical like first and last name. Also, there was no way for me to do a search to see if that person’s name was in my list and no way to go to the desktop version on my phone (and my laptop was also packed in the car.) So I had to go down to my car, unpack the the course box to find the registration list and call the person back. The purpose of the mobile version is supposed to make things easier, but it’s far from doing that (plus it’s hard to navigate). wufoo, though a mobile version is a great idea – it is a MAJOR FAIL as far as usability. Sorry, but I think you launched a little too soon.

  • @Stacey and Robin, thanks for your honest feedback. My apologies for the trouble, and I can confirm that we’re focusing on making improvements to our mobile experience to help out with things just like these. @Stacey–to switch back to the desktop mode, tap on the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, then scroll down to the very bottom and tap switch to desktop.

  • I am using Safari on iPhone. I logged into wufoo but don’t see any forms. I just see a blinking red “W”. Is this a known issue?

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Kurt Schumacher.
  • @Kurt I haven’t personally seen that yet, but we’re glad to help troubleshoot. Please shoot us a message here and we can see if we can get that sorted out:

  • Thank you for the great mobile experience woo experience..

  • Overtime I go to use a mobile templet on the link that was sent, it tries to make me login. Then when I do login, it says I don’t have clearance? We pay over $200 a year for wufoo… What other kind of clearance do I need?

Posted August 3rd, 2017 by Missy.
  • When I am looking at my form, what I normally want to see is my reports, and I now can’t see those at all (used to be able to look on Pico). I hope you are going to add the capability to see reports on mobile…
